I know it sounds odd, but you will thank me. Really.
In other news, still busy. I spent much too long today assembling my Ikea dresser and tv stand. I have a thousand things to take care of and a dwindling amount of time to get them done. IOW, I’ll probably be a bit AWOL for a while yet.
You know, watermelon and feta salad was something I resisted forEVER. And then one day I found myself with a whole bunch of watermelon and a little leftover feta and thought, “What the hell.” I didn’t even have a real dressing – just watermelon, feta, some olive oil, salt and pepper. And Oh. My. GOD. It was SO FREAKIN’ GOOD.
It kind of made me sad I’d spent so much time resisting it, LOL.
No thanks, it’s freezing cold round these parts. But when summer comes round… This is excellent even without the tomato.
